-S.I.E. is a customizable role-playing technology infrastructure, supporting robust and dynamic scenario and training curriculum delivery
-Live training event quality is recreated in a virtual role playing simulation
- SIE supports the creative use of assets (video, text, graphics, pictures) and provides an increased level of emotional engagement for the participants in life or death situations
-SIE will be configured to operate in a mobile environment – tablets and laptops
-Options for a set pre-authored timeline and an “open” timeline space to dynamically place participants in specific live role-play, free-play, or evolving environment
-SIE can be localized into any language to suit market requirements
-Typical configurations support role playing groups of 6 to 12 participants
- 1 dedicated and pre-trained SIM MASTER (client or RL Leaders resource)
-SIE has various tools to enhance, support, and change the training scenario including:
-Adding and removing participants -Stop and pause capabilities -Participant communication restriction (known, unknown, exploratory, no contact)
