The SIE is perfect for anyone who needs to train people how to act or react in a multitude of situations.  It can be used for war gaming, security and business red teaming, the creation of alternative courses of action analyses, business continuity and disaster recovery training, sales force training and health care training.

Imagine you are the Chief Security Officer of a Fortune 100 company.  You team has created an excellent business continuity recovery plan in the event that your northern CA based headquarters and data storage facility is in the epicenter of a 6.5 Richter scale earthquake.  You think everyone knows what to do.   But short of the real event, how do you test it?  How can you make sure that everyone knows what to do when the disaster strikes?  This is where the SIE comes into play.  We allow you to test your team so you know how they will react, and the possible areas of weakness that need to be addressed — all to ensure the team is ready when the real crisis occurs.  Game play is, just like life, without a script.  There are no rules.  People will do what people will do.  At the conclusion of the exercise, you will have an after action review where you can go through what people did right and wrong. By using the full recording of the event you can take corrective courses of action in advance.  Just as importantly, the exercise allows people to train on skill sets they will need in the crises before it occurs.
