Richard Lindheim

With nearly four decades of television and technology research experience, Richard D. Lindheim brings a unique perspective to his work as co-founder of RL Leaders, LLC. Previous to starting RL Leaders, LLC, Lindheim founded the Institute for Creative Technologies (ICT). Prior to ICT, where he played an integral part in bringing computer science and technology research together with the creativity of the entertainment industry to create immersive and engaging training applications for the US Army, Lindheim was executive vice president of the Paramount Television Group.

In the Paramount position he launched Paramount Digital Entertainment. In addition, he was a producer and executive at Universal studios. During his tenure with Universal, Lindheim also served as an executive on many highly successful television series. He also co-created the popular Universal/CBS program “The Equalizer” (1985-89).

Lindheim has written articles for Variety, Electronic Media, Broadcasting, and other trade publications. He is the author of two textbooks on television.
