With more than 25 years of experience in politics, public policy, business and government affairs, John Rogers is one of the architects behind engaging government with the entertainment industry to bring creative ideas and unique insight to issues of national security. Rogers is a cofounding partner and CEO of RL Leaders who brings a keen sense of understanding as to where collaboration will be most effective in unlocking conventional thinking and finding solutions for government and business applications. He spends a considerable amount of time working on how to apply different technologies and research vectors to policy challenges. Rogers has a deep understanding of Congress, the Executive branch and Defense policy issues having served as a Principal Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense, a Congressional staff aide, manager of numerous political campaigns, advisor to politicians and celebrities and head of a Government Affairs firm. He is a member of several non-profit and business boards and is an avid painter who lives in Wisconsin, spending his time in LA and Washington DC.
