For the last seven years, Eric Bluestein has managed projects that have brought the talent of the entertainment industry together with technology to create immersive training applications and environments for the Government. As RL Leaders, LLC’s Director of Operations Mr. Bluestein handles the company’s proposals, budgets, and overall financial status.
Prior to joining RL Leaders, LLC, Mr. Bluestein was Project and Operations Manager at USC’s Institute for Creative Technologies. In this position, he served as the project manager on the design and development of a role-playing system for the Government.
Previously, Mr. Bluestein was the Production Control Team Lead at Raytheon Aircraft (Hawker Beechcraft), where he successfully managed the cross-functional team in helping bring the Premier I business jet from initial development through test and QA, resulting in FAA certification, and finally into normal production. He was also the production control lead for the initial Premier I simulator.
